its a dynasty league where we are supposed to keep our entire rosters with 6 of the MLB team's players - in my case its arizona.. I'll try to trade for Conor Jackson or Micah Owings if I trade byrnes

You are considering Schilling over Cain in a dynasty league? I would make that trade Cain has been a victim of bad run support ofr most of the year...hopefully next year he gets luckier.
