Urbina has offers on the table, they are just for less money than he wants. Unfortunately for him the two teams that want him are low budget teams, PIT and MIN. My feeling is that he will end up signing a one year contract and setting his ego aside for the dollars.

Hammock has added 11 pounds of muslce this year and is recovering from arthoscopic surgery to clean up his knee. He is expected to miss the first 3 Weeks of Spring Training. He just met with team doctors to determine if he is ready to start working out behind the plate. My guess is that he will be ready to go on Opening Day but that he might get more days off than normal early in the season to go easy on the knee.
