I see you've have been offering Blasters advice. we are in the same league together. I wanted A-Rod also. I offered the Guy, Marcus Giles, Tejeda and Loaiza. But he rejected it.

What if I offer the Blasters, Giles, Tejeda and Worrell for A-Rod and I-Rod. What do you think?

While it looks relatively balanced there are several factors to consider. I am not really sure what blaster's lineup looks like right now becuase he has made several moves since he originally posted it. Right now it depends on a few things:

1. Who will Giles be replacing?
2. Does he want saves? He is only carrying 1 closer.
3. Who takes IRods place in the lineup?

As for your side of the equation, who takes Giles spot? And can you afford to give up the saves?

DON PAPAS IS CRAZY TEHADA HAD A GREAT YEAR LAST YEAR BUT HE WILL NOT PUT NEARLY THE NUMBERS THAT ARod WILL PUT UP. LOOK AT HIM RIGHT NOW HE'S BATTING 220. ROTO CHAMP HERE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING AT I HAVE PAUL LODUCA AS MY OTHER CATCHER. SO I WILL GIVE UP Ivan Rodriguez FOR Marcus Giles. AS FOR CLOSERS I HAVE CARL Eldred, BRANDON Lyon, BRENDON Donnelly. I KNOW THAT I'M NOT THAT GOOD WITH SAVES BUT I REALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEM AS I DECIDED A WHILE AGO TO TANK THAT CATEGORY. MY SECOND BASEMANS ARE LUIS Castillo, AND MIKE YOUNG FROM TEXAS. AS YOU CAN SEE I'M JUST TRYING TO HELP HIM OUT AS HIS CATCHER IS TERRIBLE. HE THINKS TEHADA IS GREAT BECAUSE OF HIS ONE MVP YEAR, AND THIS WILL BRING HIM SOMETHING HUGE. TEHADA GOT LUCKY LAST YEAR AND AS WE KNOW HE IS NO WAY CLOSE TO THE PLAYER THAT ARod IS.

I have, Soriano at 2b, am looking at picking up Roberts from BALTIMORE. to fill in the MI spot. Yes, I can give up saves now. I moved up drasticaly in saves. I have Mesa, Urbina, Worrell, and Borowski. I have Myers on my team as my catcher.

I also offered someone else, Lofton and Ibanez for Walker and Benito Santiago. What do you think.

Mr. Green Relax Blasters, That is why you will be behind me in saves, RBIS and in HRs and soon Pitching, Shoot you are behind me anyways. I am trying to help you out. The man said it was a fair deal and you know it is. So you had your chance.

Ok kids, while I did say it was relatively balanced, it all depends on what you believe players will do the rest of the way.

Regarding Tejada, it is true Tejada got off to a slow start this season. However, for the month of May he is hitting .295 with 5HR and 14 RBI. He also hsa more walks than strikeouts. This is much more in line with last season's numbers.

While there is no question that ARod is far superior to Tejada, lets give Tejada his due.

Are you giving up Lofton adn Ibanez? or the other way around.

I would rather have Lofton and Ibanez at this point.

However I am not a big Santiago fan.

I am kinda of looking at over all numbers they produce the past 2 seasons. Have a feeling Lofton will slow down.
