I posted my feelings on Garland before (pitching help in the Fantasy talk forum). Leiter should post you slightly better numbers than Garland, however, the Sox should provide much more run support than the Mets (i.e. more wins for Garland). Also, if a keeper league, Garland has some future potential, where Leiter is at the end of a career.

This is pretty close to a wash, but if you need wins more, stick with Garland. If you need help in ratios, make the trade.

On the surface, Leiter appears to be pitching very well, but that K:BB ratio is an indicator that he's not pitching quite as well as his ERA and WHIP indicate. That said, I'm not sure which I'd go with. Leiter's got the better defense behind him (at least up the middle).
