Pujols deal

Should I deal Albert Pujols and Chad Cordero for Carlos Pena, B.J. Upton, and a 2nd round pick, which isnt too valuable. I'm worried about Pujols's elbow and I'm a big Uptton fan.

Im a bit worrid about Al's elbow myself, have him on my team but I think you are in somewhat of a panic mode... wait it out abit and see what happens... if anything, the offers you may be getting will get better

I'd pass on that one. Upton is still fairly unproven though he put up some good numbers last year and I just don't trust Carlos Pena- at least not enough to deal Pujols. If your second baseman was weak, I might consider it.

I don't think I'd be messing around with that team. I can't see how you could lose with those players.

How many teams are in that league anyway?

No, don't do that. Don't worry about Pujols, he'll be fine. If you really want to trade him, you need to get more than Pena and Upton for him.

Only trade Pujols if you can get full value for him. He's a stud and will put up big numbers (at worst).

No, at worst the Cards are 10 games out on July 1st and the best thing for all concerned is for Pujols to get his elbow operated on so he can be healthy come next spring.
