Good ROTO Fantasy Baseball Owners Wanted!

If you're serious about fantasy baseball & would like to play a slightly different and a more challenging game (we think) than the standard 5x5 Rotisserie format, here's your opportunity!

We are looking to add two new owners to our NON-Keeper league this year to round things out at 14 total owners! Most of us have been playing together for 4 seasons and though the majority are located in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, others participate online from other parts of the US (e.g. New York, Florida, Oklahoma, California).

Requirements:
• League dues of only $20
• Being available for our live, INTERNET Auction (using an online auction tool from Fantasyauctioneer.com through CBSSportsline) on Sunday 3/30/08 at 10:30am CST,
• Active participation ALL during the season. [this means committing the time to manage & keep up with your team over the season (daily lineup changes & weekly transactions), communicating timely with your fellow owners, being open to possible trades, not using unfair practices in managing your team (e.g. collusion with other owners)].

As the details below indicate, this league will be a little different than most standard (i.e. boring) leagues.

14 Team - Roto 4x4, Non-Keeper, Mixed League (Both NL & AL)

Auction Format
(live online auction instead of snake draft - everyone will have the chance to buy A-Rod or Pujols if you spend enough of your $260 total budget to get him)

FAAB (Free Agent Aquisition Budget) Money
($100 separate budget over entire year for weekly blind free agent bidding)

4x4 Roto/Rotisserie format using unique sabermetric statistical categories & online league tracking using CBS Sportsline web hosting.

Hitter stats:
    Runs
    RBI
    Hits + Walks (H+BB)
    Total Bases (TB)

Pitcher stats:
    W-L (Net Wins)
    2xSV+H-2xBS (unique Relief pitcher stats where Blown Saves take away Saves, yet Holds count half of a save)
    Earned Runs (ER)
    WHIP

Roster spots:
    1 Catcher
    1 1B
    1 2B
    1 3B
    1 SS
    1 CI
    1 MI
    1 DH/Util
    5 OF
    9 P
    6 Bench
    2 DL (not draftable)


Prize Fund:
    1st Place = $85
    2nd Place = $55
    3rd Place = $35
    4th Place = $25
