Looks like a very good team for a 16 team league. I love your starting pitching, but C, 2B, and 3B are a bit weak.

I think you should be able to do better than LoDuca. Do you have Josh Willingham? He might end up catching for the Marlins this year, and is a much better hitter than LoDuca.

I'm not sure about Lowell. Playing at Fenway might help, but if Marte looks good in the spring, I don't know how much Lowell will play. He might end up platoning at 1st or being traded.

Castillo with the Twins might be OK.

I'm not very familiar with the AL players, but for a 16 team combined league, this looks pretty good. Though I would probably start Atkins over Lowell. I'd look for more production from your shortstop, not to say furky isn't good, but he won't be worth this much next year. Then again, I'm a Brave and may be just a little sore.

Lowell is pretty much guarenteed to be playing this year. They spent a lot of money on him in that trade and he has excellent defense, which is a really big factor in Boston. Playing half of his games in Fenway should allow Lowell to start hitting the ball again (unless there is some medical reason why he cant hit anymore). Even if they do have to move him to 1B, it would be Youkilis who is out of a job.

I like your roster, though you seem to be overkill on Runs/SB/AVG guys and lack HR/RBI guys. This might not be a bad thing though. In a H2H league, you could always punt HR/RBI and trade Delgado for a very good SP/RP. Might not be a bad idea for your team as I really dont see you competing in HR/RBI, even with a fully healthy Lowell.

I might try to trade one of your speed guys for a 3B so that you could play Randy Winn. He was simply awesome following the trade to the National League, and should be able to stay close to that if Bonds comes back healthy.

Does Cabrera qualify for 3B in your league?

If he does, move Cabrera to 3B and put Winn in your OF. Trade Pierre and LoDuca for Victor Martinez (if you can). If you can't try to throw in Petit and talk him up real good, he won't ever be anything more than a #3 starter.

Then you have this...

Catcher: Victor Martinez
First Baseman: Carlos Delgado
Second Baseman: Luis Castillo
Third Baseman: Miguel Cabrera
Short Stop: Rafael Furcal
Out Field: Randy Winn
Out Field: Jeff Francoeur
Out Field: Carl Crawford
Utility: Wilson/Atkins

I think I would rather have LoDuca and Pierre and try to trade Pierre or Craw for a big bat
