Need help.. Quick!!! :D

Im at round 12 in my keeper draft.. I already have 2 outfielders.. and no closers yet!! its a 7 year keeper.. so who do i choose.. D Young or Chris Ray

Basically it comes to to this. Delmon Young will be a future stud but may not get his shot this year until injuries hit , trades happen or he gets a late season call up. Chris Ray will pay immediate dividends this year. If you can wait for Young to get his shot I would pick him but if you do need a closer real bad this year then go for Ray. I expect Ray to do ok but thats as much as I can say. He might stink up the joint.

Delmon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Next year you can trade Delmon for two closers, an outfielder and Kaz Matsui.

Closers are pretty easy to get off the wire, because the guys who need a closer are generally paying closer attention to the closer situations than the guys who don't need a closer. You'll have a guy, maybe two, before anyone even realizes that Neal Cotts is going to take over for Bobby Jenks (did I say that out loud??? SSHHH!

That's pretty funny. I was half-kidding about Cotts, but I could see his career take a similar path as BJ Ryan's. He's a guy who's really hard to hit who looks to be improving both his control and his ability to get out righties (he was actually better vs righties than lefties last year). I could see him in a closer's role at some point if (a) he doesn't go back to starting and (b) the Sox can find a suitable replacement at lefty setup.

Cotts doesnt seem so good right now :S

I was banking on him to become a closer by now. Anyways, thank you.
