What should I trade Atkins for?

Okay, standard 5x5 Roto-style format. 11 team league. What do you think I need the most help in? Believing that saves can be made up during the season...and yes OF position does matter in this league.

C: Russell Martin
1B: Prince Fielder
2B: Jeff Kent
SS: Stephen Drew
3B: Miguel Cabrera
LF: Matt Holiday
CF: Vernon Wells
RF: Delmon Young
UT: Travis Hafner

SP: Brandon Webb
SP: CC Sabathia
RP: Chad Cordero
RP: Jonathon Broxton
P: John Lackey
P: Bronson Arroyo
P: Rich Hill
P: Scott Olson

Bench: Garrett Atkins (3B)
Bench: Nick Markakis (LF/CF/RF)
Bench: Coco Crisp (CF)
Bench: Jeremy Hermida (CF/RF)
Bench: Chuck James (SP)

With Cabrera at 3B and Hafner at the UT spot, there is no room for Atkins but I got him at a real bargain. Should I keep him and trade Hafner? Views? I am currently stuck on what to do.[/i]

Fielder still hasn't played a spring training game with a leg injury, but I think they are taking extreme caution and he should be ready by Opening Day.

I would look to improve your MI: Kent turned 39 today, and SDrew is a fine 'prospect' still. He's a Drew. He could have a superstar season, could be an okay season, could be horrible, could be injured.

Yes you should try to trade Atkins. I also agree that you need better MI's. Atkins is pretty good; you might be able to get a solid 2b AND shortstop for him. Maybe go for Kinsler and Furcal or something. or Weeks. Is it a keeper league? I think you should try to find someone with 2 solid middle infielders and see if they'll take Atkins and Kent for them.

are you tanking stolen bases? You better be trading Atkins for a 40-50 steal guy....I'd offer Atkins/Young for Crawford. Atkins for Hanley Ramirez?....you're doomed in stolen bases......

Obviously, as mentioned, moving Atkins and upgrading at one of those MI positions focusing on speed is the thing to do. Unfortunately, its pretty tough to speculate on who to target as those positions are relatively scarce and people don't trade them easily. You also have some pretty decent throw in types for 2:1. Can you list some teams in need at 3B/UT that may have excess at those MI slots?
